Future residential growth could be on the horizon for Oak Ridge North as city officials explore a potential partnership with D.R. Horton. According to Community Impact, City Council has directed staff to begin discussions with the builder following a proposal for a new housing development near Elder and Robinson roads. The project could bring approximately 160 homes to the area, with plans focused on expanding housing options while also improving infrastructure, including roadway enhancements and added sidewalks.
