Oak Ridge North holds Plaza District Groundbreaking Ceremony – Hello Woodlands

Oak Ridge North officially marked a major milestone in its redevelopment efforts with the groundbreaking ceremony for the highly anticipated Plaza District. According to Hello Woodlands, the project—located at the corner of Robinson and Hanna roads—will transform more than eight acres into a 60,000-square-foot mixed-use destination designed to bring together retail, dining, and community spaces. With plans for a walkable layout, central green space, and a future city hall, the Plaza District is envisioned as a vibrant hub where residents, businesses, and visitors can connect and gather.
